Togo has been a participating member of WAPCMLS since the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding in 2013. The Togolese Chapter supports the College's mandate to extend specialist laboratory training into Francophone West Africa, ensuring equitable access to postgraduate programmes across language barriers.
